Meet Claire
Hi, I'm Claire — founder of She Knows Hub, a mum of three, and a woman who spent many years searching for her worth in all the wrong places.
All of what I understand about self-worth, relationships, intimacy, confidence, and emotional wellbeing comes from lived experience.
Like many women, I grew up believing that being chosen meant being worthy. I carried shame around relationships, struggled with boundaries, and often looked outside myself for validation.
Over time, those patterns affected my confidence, identity, and connection to who I truly was.
Everything began to change when I started listening to my own voice again.
I learned to trust my gut.
To listen to my body.
To set healthier boundaries.
To understand that intimacy should never come from pressure, fear, insecurity, or the need to prove your worth.
Losing my nephew to suicide also changed my life forever. It opened my eyes to how many young people quietly carry loneliness, pressure, comparison, emotional pain, and the belief that they are somehow not enough.
That experience became part of the reason She Knows Hub exists.
I created this platform because I believe young people deserve honest conversations, practical guidance, and supportive resources before they lose themselves trying to be enough for somebody else.
She Knows Hub wasn't built from perfection.
It was built from heartbreak, growth, hard lessons, resilience, and learning how to choose myself.
My hope is simple:
To help young people learn these lessons earlier than I did.
And for the women who lost themselves somewhere along the way, to know it is never too late to come home to yourself.
Whether you're just beginning to discover who you are, or finding your way back after years of putting everyone else first, you deserve self-worth, confidence, respect, and a life that feels like your own.
Because the girl you once were is still in there.
And the woman you are becoming deserves to be seen.
🤍 Claire
